FTA Europe and a delegation of European printers and suppliers attended FTA USA’s 2019 Forum & Infoflex trade show in New Orleans, USA, which proved a great opportunity to forge closer ties between the flexo industry in Europe and in the USA.

The best and the brightest in the flexographic industry have been recognised at the 2019 European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA) Print Awards.

Over 100 leading packaging industry professionals met last week in Brussels for the fourth annual ‘Shaping the Future of Print’ conference: Packaging Conference 2019 on 21 February.

This event was organised by Intergraf, in partnership with FTA Europe and Smithers Pira. It was sponsored by GAMA International, TRESU Group and Kodak.

Impressive figures marked the Italian FlexoDay 2018, which year after year sets new records in attendance and expectations and which, with no less than 480 participants, once again proved to be the event of reference for the flexographic printing sector in Italy. Numerous delegates attended also from outside of Italy, making the international presence felt especially at the afternoon session organized by the Italian Technical Flexographic Association (ATIF) in partnership with FTA Europe. 100+ delegates from the European packaging value chain met in Brussels, Belgium on 21 February 2019 to shape the future of the packaging sector. This event was co-organised by Intergraf, Smithers Pira and FTA Europe.

The lights having dimmed on the European stage of the FTA Europe Diamond Awards, the spotlights light up on the second edition of Bestinflexo, the award for flexographic print quality conceived and promoted by ATIF, the Italian Technical Association for Flexography, and addressed to Italian printers and converters.
